    I work for a small charity based in the North East. I would like to find out the cost for your ad hoc and fixed plans for HR consultancy please. We are mostly interested in regular checking/updating of our policy compliance, but on occasion we may have other needs, such as over the phone/email advice or certain pieces of work eg updating our supervision procedures, or help with managing a dismissal etc. We have a very small team (FTE 5 staff) so those are not as regular however so we need to figure out the best plan for us.
