Neurodiversity Awareness for Managers: Building Inclusive Teams

Neurodiversity is part of everyday working life — yet many managers don’t feel confident in recognising or supporting it. This course gives you the knowledge and tools to lead inclusively, while meeting your legal responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010.

Through real case law examples, practical scenarios, and clear guidance, you’ll learn how conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette’s and OCD may present at work, how they can impact performance, and the simple adjustments managers can put in place to unlock strengths.

By the end of this 20-minute module you will be able to:

  • Recognise how neurodiversity manifests in the workplace.

  • Understand your duties as a manager under the law.

  • Apply practical adjustments that remove barriers and improve performance.

  • Create a safe and supportive culture where employees feel able to thrive.

Inclusion isn’t just about compliance — it’s about building stronger, higher-performing teams. This course shows you how.
