DSE Assessments & Office Safety

1 Lesson

Sitting at a desk might not seem risky — but poor posture, bad workstation setup, and long hours at a screen can all lead to pain, fatigue, and lasting health issues. This practical course helps employees understand how to create a comfortable, safe, and productive workspace, whether in the office or working from home.

Learners will explore how to position screens, chairs, and equipment correctly; complete a DSE risk assessment; and build healthy daily habits to reduce strain and improve focus. The course also covers eye care, posture, and the legal responsibilities of both employers and employees under the Display Screen Equipment Regulations.

Engaging and easy to follow, this short module helps everyone take simple, proactive steps to stay comfortable, healthy, and safe at work.
