What to do before you call us

- Write down what happened. Dates, times, who was there and what was said.
- Keep it confidential. Only tell the people who need to know.
- Don’t ignore a complaint. A grievance needs a response, even if you think it has no basis.
- Gather any paperwork. Their contract, your policies and any emails or messages.
