Overview:
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility — but employers and managers have a particular duty to protect those who may be vulnerable, including residents, tenants, service users, and staff. This course explains what safeguarding means, what the law requires, and how to create a safe culture where concerns are recognised, reported, and acted on promptly and appropriately.
By the end of this module, you’ll know how to:
