Disability Inclusion: Building a Workplace That Works for Everyone

This course raises awareness of disability inclusion in the workplace and helps employers and employees understand their shared responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010. You’ll learn what disability means in practice, how barriers can unintentionally exclude people, and how simple adjustments and inclusive behaviours create a workplace where everyone can thrive.

By the end of this module, you’ll know how to:

✅ Recognise common barriers faced by disabled people at work
✅ Apply reasonable adjustments effectively and fairly
